In short
Neyon, based in Groningen, the Netherlands, is the data controller for personal data processed through this site. The contact form collects only what you submit — name, email, optionally an organisation, and your message — used solely to reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal (legal basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(b)/(f); consent is not used for a contact form). Messages that don't lead to an engagement are deleted after 6 months.
This site runs self-hosted, cookie-free analytics (Umami): no cookies are set and nothing is read from or stored on your device, so no consent banner is required. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
