In short

These terms apply to every quote, agreement and engagement delivered by Neyon. Neyon contracts only with parties acting in the course of a profession or business, never with consumers. Neyon works on a project basis with a defined scope and delivery date, sets its own working hours and methods, and — at peak load or unavailability — brings in a trusted partner, by agreement. Fees are agreed per engagement, quoted excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Liability is limited to the amount paid out under Neyon's professional and general liability insurance for the case in question. Dutch law governs every agreement with Neyon.
